Tooth-Colored Fillings

We use tooth-colored composite fillings to repair broken teeth, fill a cavity or replace old fillings that may have been damaged, to prevent future infections or decays. The composite material we use is made of resin and plastic, which is durable and long-lasting. It can be matched to the color of your tooth, making the fillings virtually invisible.  

Cavity Prevention Sealants

We use sealants to fill narrow grooves in the teeth as a preventive measure, creating a barrier between the tooth and cavity-causing bacteria. They are extremely effective at preventing cavities from forming because they block bacteria from entering the grooves.  

Scaling and Root Planing

Scaling is a preventive treatment that involves removing plaque and tartar from below the gum line. This helps prevent gum infections, tooth decay, and tooth loss.

Root planing is another preventive treatment that helps strengthen tooth roots and prevent decay. The process involves removing infected tissue and smoothing the exposed root surface with a specialized tool.

Nightguards for Grinding

Adults who grind their teeth at night may benefit from custom mouth guards or night guards. A custom-fit oral device provides the protection your mouth needs from tooth trauma. Night guards are also available for children who grind their teeth. If you think your child is grinding his or her teeth at night, talk to your dentist about whether a custom-fit mouth guard might be right for you.

Athletic Mouthguard for protection

Athletic mouthguards are an effective, non-invasive treatment option to minimize the risk of broken teeth and injuries to your lips, tongue, face or jaw during sports-related activities. Root Canal Therapy

There can be an infection in inner soft tissue caused by trauma to the tooth, deep decay, or cracks and chips on the tooth. Such an infection cannot clear up on its own and would require root canal therapy. It is a minimally invasive treatment option that can save your natural teeth from being extracted.
